DR. HEAT NECK MYTREX is a neck massager designed to provide advanced cervical care by combining electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) and heat therapy. It is intended to relieve pain and stiffness, improve circulation, and promote an overall sense of well-being in the cervical area. Its ergonomic and adjustable design allows it to adapt to different neck sizes, while its lightweight and portable construction makes it easy to use at home, in the office, or while traveling. This device combines two key technologies: EMS, which stimulates muscles using electrical impulses, and heat therapy, which helps relax tissues and improve blood flow. It incorporates 6 EMS massage modes and 16 intensity levels, to adjust the depth and type of stimulation the neck muscles receive. The heat function has 3 temperature levels, allowing for modulation of thermal comfort according to each user's sensitivity. The output frequency is adjustable between 1 and 200 Hz, with a pulse of 220 µs, optimized for effective massage within the device's safety parameters.

DR. HEAT NECK MYTREX has been designed for intuitive and practical use. To turn it on, press and hold the right button for 2 seconds. The left button selects the EMS mode (1–6), and the (+/–) controls adjust the intensity between 16 available levels. The right button also allows you to switch between the 3 heat levels. The device automatically turns off after 15 minutes of use, helping to prevent excessively long sessions. Its long-lasting rechargeable battery and wireless design allow for multiple sessions without needing to be connected to power, making it ideal for regular, cord-free use. To maintain performance, it is recommended to recharge at least once a month if not used frequently.

The massager features a compact and lightweight design, with dimensions of 170 × 132 × 40 mm and an approximate weight of 160 g, making it easy to carry in a purse or backpack. It is compatible with neck circumferences from 35 to 50 cm and a maximum diameter of 16 cm, ensuring a proper fit for different users. It is made of ABS resin and 304 stainless steel, materials that are durable and safe for the skin when used as directed. The closed design of the ring is not flexible, so it must be opened and placed carefully around the neck. Its aesthetic is minimalist and clean, aligning with a discreet and elegant technological wellness style. Additionally, it has a side button interface and a voice guide option to facilitate use even for those unfamiliar with this type of device.

Before first use, it is necessary to fully charge the device for approximately 3 hours. It is important to remove the protective plastics from the electrodes, clean the electrodes, and slightly moisten the neck to ensure good contact; if the electrodes are not in contact with the skin, the device will not function correctly. It is recommended to remove necklaces or other metal accessories that may interfere with contact. Pregnant, breastfeeding, or menstruating women should not use this product, nor should individuals with acute diseases, infections, malignant tumors, tuberculosis, heart conditions, or blood clots; users with metallic implants in their bodies, or individuals taking medication that affects blood clotting. This is not a medical device and should only be used as indicated in the manufacturer's manual. After each use, it is advisable to turn off the device and clean it with a soft, slightly damp cloth, avoiding aggressive products.
