Before the first use, it is recommended to fully charge the device (approximately 3 hours) and remove the electrode protectors. For better EMS conductivity, it is important to clean the electrodes, gently moisten the skin of the neck, and ensure that the metal plates are in direct contact with the skin, without collars or metallic accessories that may interfere. The standard duration of each session is 15 minutes, after which the device automatically turns off.
After use, it is advisable to clean the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it dry before storing it. Its long-lasting rechargeable battery allows for several sessions without immediate recharging; if it is not used for a while, it is recommended to recharge it at least once a month.
For safety, Dr.Heat Neck should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or those with certain medical conditions (acute diseases, tumors, severe infections, heart problems, blood clots, users with metal implants, or those undergoing anticoagulant treatment, among others). The device is not medical equipment and should always be used following the official instructions in the manual. In case of any doubt or pre-existing medical condition, it is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before incorporating it into your routine.
